摘　　要：军工院校既肩负着服务国防科技工业发展的历史使命,又具有与其他大学不同的发展目标与定位。就外部特性而言,服务国防使命的要求是军工院校大学文化建设的根本要求;就内部特性而言,自身发展目标的要求是军工院校大学文化建设的内在要求。与服务国防使命的外部要求相适应、相协调、相一致是军工院校大学文化建设的根本,与自身发展目标的内部要求相适应、相协调、相一致是军工院校大学文化建设的核心。The military academies have the historical mission of serving for the national defense technological and industrial development with different developing goal and orientation comparing with other universities. In terms of the external features, serving for the national defense is the fundamental requirement of the university culture, while, in terms of the interior feature, the developing goal is the inner requirement of the campus culture in military academies. The root is to adjust its inner goal to the external requirement, which is also the core of the university culture development.
