开发北方玉米产业带的生产潜力和发展前景

摘　　要：玉米是我国北方旱作农区的重要高产作物,开发北方玉米产业带,可增加100亿～160亿kg的玉米产量,占我国至2020年需新增500亿kg粮食的20%～32%,对保证我国粮食安全有重要作用。北方玉米产业带位于我国农牧交错带上,草地畜牧业与农区玉米带耦合,构建我国畜牧优势产业带,对解决我国未来动物食品短缺矛盾有深远意义。提出调整玉米种植结构、实施专业化生产、发展玉米循环经济、提高玉米经济效益、建立保护性耕作体系、推广玉米标准化生产技术的玉米可持续发展重要措施。Corn is an important high-yield crop in dry farming area in northern China.To develop corn industrial belt in north China would increase corn production from 10 to 16 billion kg,accounting for 20% ～ 32% of additional 50 billion kg in 2020,which is of importance to food security in China.North China Corn Industrial Belt locats in farming-pastoral zone suitable for development of grain-saving animal breeding industry,which creates advantages of animal husbandry industrial zone.It is of significance to solve shortages of animal product food and ensure food security in the future.It is an important measure for sustainable growth of corn production through restructuring of corn planting in production specialization,corn cycling economy,conservative eco-farming systems,improving soil fertility and water-saving efficiency to promote standardization of production technology corn.
