摘　　要：目的:讨论医学信息标准化对于实施区域医疗的重要意义。方法:通过枚举医学信息编码规则和标准化编码,揭示目前医院信息系统(HIS)不规范编码现状,以及数据通讯存储标准不一致所造成的资源浪费等,说明标准化在区域医疗中的作用。结果:因标准化匮乏或者滞后,为区域医疗的实施带来很大困难,需在软件互联、通讯及数据交换过程做大量接口,导致系统整体性能降低。结论:建立并应用标准化的指标体系、开发规范、信息交换接口,可以真正实现资源共享、信息一致的辐射型区域医疗模式。Objective To discuss the significance of medical information standardization for regional medical treatment.Methods The functions of regional medical standardization were illuminated by enumerating the rules of medical information and standard code,the present irregular status of hospital information system（HIS）,and the wastes of resource caused by inconsistent in data communication and storage and so on.Results It＇s very difficult to implement regional medical treatment because of scarcity or latency of standardization.Overall system performance decreased because a large number of interfaces had to be involved in.Conclusion A radiant regional medical model has to be made,which can result in consistent standardization,information and data share.
