摘　　要：目的:设计制作一种方便清洗、拆卸的手枪式手术吸引开关,以均衡吸引力在医院的分配,减少机械泵的工作负荷及电器设备和电能的损耗。方法:通过手枪式手术吸引头开关板机的位置来改变立杆拨出手柄上通孔位置,控制吸引管道的通断。结果:在手术过程中,医生能够很方便地控制吸引力的通断,特别是一些对吸引力有要求的手术,能够精确控制吸引力大小,提高手术的质量。结论:该装置能够避免手术医生浪费吸引力资源,最终达到减少损耗、降低成本、延长机器寿命的目的。Objective To design a pistol-shaped surgical suction shaft easy to clean and disassemble in order to manage the suction distribution in the hospital and decrease the workload of the mechanical pump and the abrasion of the equipment.Methods The connection and disconnection of the central suction tube were controlled by changing the position of the trigger on the shaft.Results The doctors could control the make-and-break of the central suction effectively in the course of the operation via the shaft,especially in the course of the ophthalmologic operation.Conclusion The waste of the central suction is reduced greatly by the use of the shaft.
