摘  要:目的:总结医科达Precise加速器在不同时间段和不同系统发生故障的规律,为自主维修该设备提供切实可行的参考依据。方法:将7年来该设备故障发生的次数、部位、复杂程度及费用等情况分别进行统计分析。结果:共发生故障73次,复杂故障16次,占21.92%;简单故障57次,占78.08%。前4年故障率较高,机械运动较频繁的部件故障率高,但总体维修费用较低。结论:以自主维修为主、叫修服务为辅是一种快捷、高效、经济的维修模式。Objective To find the malfunction rule of the accelerator in different periods and systems,and to provide practical reference basis for independently maintaining accelerator.Methods The data were collected and analyzed based on the equipment failure times,positions,complexity and repair expense in the past 7 years.Results There were 73 failures for all,of which,16 ones,21.92% of all,were complicated failures,and the rest 78.08% were simple failures.In the first 4 years,the failure rate was higher,and failures often happened at moving parts,whereas the repair expense was lower.Conclusion The maintenance mode emphasizing independent maintenance,mobilizing maintenance call service,is efficient and economic.
