室内试验证实南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒不经水稻种子传播

摘　　要：为了检验南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus,SRBSDV)是否经水稻种子传播,从广东省多地水稻病株上采集种子,温室内防虫栽培,获得了10个品种1875株实生植株。表型观察未发现呈现病毒病症状的植株,RT-PCR检测也未发现SRBSDV阳性植株,结果证实SRBSDV不经水稻种子传播。In order to evaluate the transmission of Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus （SRBSDV, genus Fijivirns, family Reoviridae） via rice seed, seeds produced on virus infected plants were collected from several geographic regions in Guangdong province, China, and sowed in an insect-proof greenhouse. 1875 seedlings including 10 varieties were cultivated up to earing, among them, no plant with SRBSDV symptoms was observed and no plant was positive to SRBSDV in RT-PCR detection. Therefore, it was verified that SRBSDV could not by transmitted through rice seed.
