摘 要:采用配备有Hypersil ODS C18色谱柱和紫外检测器的反相高效液相色谱仪测定砂糖桔中噻菌灵残留。以甲醇为溶剂,超声波提取砂糖桔中的噻菌灵,经液液分配萃取净化,采用液相色谱法测定其残留量。确定砂糖桔中噻菌灵的最佳液相色谱检测条件为:检测波长300nm;流动相甲醇:2%NH4Ae水溶液=75:25(V/V);流速为1.0mL/min;进样量为10μL;噻菌灵在样品中的添加回收率为88.90%~95.37%,最低检测浓度0.02μg/g,满足农药残留分析要求。A HPLC method for the determination of thiabendazole was described. Thiabendazole residue in the sugar orange was analyzed using a Hypersil ODS C18 column with UV-absorbance detector. The methanol was used as extracted solvent and the residual thiabendazole in the sugar orange was extracted with the ultrasonic extracted method. After liquid-liquid partition and thiabendazole was analyzed by HPLC,the HPLC conditions were as follows: methanol:2%NH4Ac = 75:25 (V/V) as mobile phase, flow rate being 1.0 mL/min, injection volume being 10μL and detection wavelength at 300 rim. The results indicated that average recovery of thiabendazole in the sugar orange was 88.90%~95.37%, the lowest detection concentration was 0.02 μg/g, respectively which accorded to criterion of pesticide residues.
