摘 要:为得到所给具体参数的光学滤波器,本文将数字滤波器的设计方法引入到级联微环辅助M-Z干涉仪光学滤波器的设计中.以带通切比雪夫滤波器为例,给出了光学滤波器的设计过程,利用数字滤波器的设计方法计算出带通切比雪夫光学滤波器的具体传输函数,通过级联微环辅助M-Z干涉仪来实现滤波器的传输函数,根据传输函数的零、极点计算出了各微环辅助M-Z干涉仪的耦合系数、臂长差和环长,根据上述结构参数对其进行计算机仿真验证,所得结果与利用数字滤波器方法设计的带通切比雪夫滤波器相一致.同时对微环辅助M-Z干涉仪型光学滤波器的特性进行了分析.In order to obtain the optical filter with the given specific parameters,this research utilizes the digital filter design methods scheme out the cascaded microring-assisted M-Z interferometer-based optical filter.The bandpass Chebshev filter is an example to describe the systematic procedure for designing optical filter.The specific transfer function of the bandpass Chebyshev optical filter is calculated according to the methods of digital filter design.The implementation of the designed filter function in cascade forms is given by cascading microring-assisted M-Z interferometers.The coupling coefficients,the optical path differences of M-Z interferometers and the lengths of the microrings are determined by the zeros and poles of the transfer function.Taking computer simulation according to those structure parameters,the spectrum is in good agreement with the bandpass Cheyshev filter using digital filter design methods.With this design,the characteristics of the microring-assisted M-Z optical filters are also investigated.
