摘 要:本文研究了拒水拒油整理剂FK-510对腈氯纶/棉混纺织物的整理工艺,优化工艺为:FK-510浓度60g/L,80℃预烘3min,150℃焙烘3min。整理后,织物的接触角达134°,沾水等级可达5级,拒油等级接近8级。织物的正、反面分别采用马丁代尔法、耐摩擦色牢度法摩擦后,拒油等级仍达6级,且织物本身所具有的阻燃性能基本保持不变,能满足该特种织物的服用要求。This paper was studied the water and oil repellent finishing process of modacrylic/cotton blended fabric with agent FK-510, and its finishing process was optimized. The result was as follows: concentration of finishing agent 60g / L, pre-drying at 80℃ for 3min, curing at 150℃ for 3min. After finishing, the contact angle of the fabric was 134°, water repellent grade could reach 5, and oil rejected level close to 8. The positive and negative of fabrics was rubbed through Martindale and crocking fastness method respectively, then the oil refusing level was still up to six. Moreover, the flame-retardant property which the fabric itself has was basically remained, satisfying the special requirements of fabrics.
