摘　　要：生态文明是创建文明城市的价值取向、根本保障和检验创建成效的基本标准。如何在创建文明城市的过程中充分体现生态文明的内涵,这是时代提出的一项崭新课题。要切实做好文明城市的科学规划,加强城市基础设施建设,抓好城市生态环境建设,积极创建生态型经济产业,着力培育创建文明城市的生态意识和人文氛围。The ecological civilization is value orientation of creating a model city,a fundamental guarantee and basic standards of testing the effectiveness.How to create a model city fully reflecting the meaning of ecological civilization is presented by the times.To do a good job of scientific planning of creating a model city,strengthening urban infrastructure construction,working hard to improve urban ecological environment,actively creating the eco-economy industries,and focusing on cultivating the model city＇s eco-awareness and human atmosphere.
