摘 要:针对企业厂区内物流系统规划中的工位配置和优化问题,以某大型包装材料生产企业为例,使用witness仿真软件建立了原料入库和产品出厂的装卸运输仿真模型。通过仿真模型的运行,分析进出厂区的车辆调度策略和装卸工位数量的配置对物流总时间的影响,研究发现合理的调度策略以及工位比例配置对减少物流总时间效果明显。本模型对优化厂区内物流系统的企业提供了参考。For workstation configuration and optimization problem in logistic system planning of the factory areas, In accordance with the data from a large food packing materials manufacture, a simulation model of handling and transportation for the raw materials storage and product distribution was built by using Witness simulation software. Through running the model, the effect of the vehicles scheduling strategy and handling station quantity were analyzed on the logistic total time. It is concluded that the reasonable scheduling strategy and proportion of workstations configuration could significantly reduce the logistic total time. This model could be a good reference to the enterprise which will build the optimized logistic system of the factory areas.
