摘  要:综述了裂解汽油一段加氢钯基催化剂的研究进展。提出在裂解原料劣化的形势下,钯基催化剂的研究重点是制备和选择孔容较大、孔分布合理、酸性弱、比表面积适中的载体,并添加助催化剂。从控制拟薄水铝石的制备过程和后处理方法以及添加扩孔剂等角度出发,评述了近年来大、中孔容Al2O3及其前驱物拟薄水铝石的制备方法。It is introduced that the application and trend in Pd based catalysts for first-stage selective hydrogenation to pyrolysis gasoline, and the novel catalysts reviewed. As the cracking feedstock degradation, priority of the research is that the support which is prepared should have a large pore volume, reasonable pore size distribution, low-acidity, and medium specific surface area, second metal additives added. Based on the process control of pseudo-boehmite preparation, the post-processing and the pore-expanding agents added, in recent years the preparation methods of large and medium pore Al2O3 and its precursor of pseudo-boehmite are discussed.
