摘  要:好氧颗粒污泥技术是近几十年来发展起来的一种新型微生物自固定化技术,通过特定的培育手段可以实现污泥颗粒化。这种颗粒污泥具有生物密度大、沉降性好、抗冲击能力强等优点,有的还具有优良的脱氮除磷等功能。文章论述了有关好氧颗粒污泥形成过程中的理化及生物学特征和影响因素,如沉降时间、水流剪力、溶解氧(DO)、胞外多聚糖(EPS)等。还介绍了全自养颗粒污泥,如硝化颗粒污泥方面的研究。Aerobic granular sludgc (AGS) technology is a new microbiology self-immobilization technology which has progressed in the recent decades. The granulation can be achieved through special cultivation. This kind of granular sludge has high microbial density, good settle ability and stronger resistance to shock loading. Some of AGS also have good capacity to remove nitrogen and phosphorus. The paper summarized physical, chemical and biological characteristics and some effecting factors on the fnrmation of aerobic granular sludge such as settling time, water shear force, dissolved oxygen and extracellular polymeric substance(EPS). The completely autotrophic granular sludge, such as nitrifying granular sludge, was also mentioned.
