摘 要:以马来酸酐、甲醇和二乙烯三胺为主要原料,通过酯化、迈克尔加成和胺化反应合成了新型氨基封端低聚物,并研究了其用于棉织物活性染料无盐染色的工艺.结果表明:该新型氨基封端低聚物改性的棉织物经无盐染色后,其K/S值和固色率得到大幅度提高,摩擦牢度和皂洗褪色牢度提高0.5级,均达到4级,能实现活性染料无盐染色.The new amino-terminated oligomer was synthesized by esterification, Michael addition and aminolysis reaction using maleic anhydride, methanol and ethylene triamine as raw materials. The oligomer was applied in salt-free dyeing of cotton fabric and the dyeing process was investigated. The results showed that the K/S value and fixation rate of the cotton fabric modified with the new amino-terminated oligomer was greatly enhanced. The rubbing fastness and fading grade of soaping color fastness were enhanced half level, both reached level 4, and the salt-free dyeing of reactive dyes could be realized.
