异基因造血干细胞移植后肺部并发症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察血液病异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)后肺部并发症。方法对本科2007年1月至2009年12月134例异基因造血干细胞移植患者进行回顾性分析。结果 134例患者中37例出现肺部并发症,发生率为27.6%,死亡14例。结论肺部并发症是异基因造血干细胞移植的常见并发症,其中感染性肺部并发症占主要,死亡率高。肺部并发症的发生率与预后是与患者和供者的人类白细胞抗原(HLA)配型相合程度、患者的年龄相关。Objective To investigate allogenetic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation pulmonary complications.Methods My Section from January 2007 to December 2009 134 routine allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients were analyzed retrospectively.Results Showed that：In 134 patients,37 patients had pulmonary complications,the incidence rate was 27.6%,of which 14 patients died.Conclusion Pulmonary complications is allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation a common complication,which accounts for the main infectious pulmonary complications and high mortality.The incidence of pulmonary complications and prognosis of patients and donors with the HLA-type coincide with the degree of patient′s age was significantly related.
