大麻芯秆浆打浆性能及配抄涂布原纸的研究

摘　　要：以大麻芯秆漂白浆为研究对象,通过PFI磨对大麻芯秆漂白浆进行打浆,使用L&W纤维分析仪并结合光学显微镜分析大麻芯秆漂白浆的打浆性能;然后将大麻芯秆漂白浆配用20%的思茅松长纤维浆抄造涂布原纸。所得涂布原纸的主要技术指标基本符合胶版印刷涂布原纸的行业标准(QB/T1705—1993)B等规定。大麻芯秆有可能成为生产涂布原纸的原料。Hemp（Cannabis sativa） bast was the main raw materials of textile and papermaking industries and the hemp core is the remaining material left.Beating characteristics of bleached hemp core pulp was studied by PFI mill.The fiber morphology of bleached hemp core pulp was measured by the LW fiber analyzer.The coating base paper was manufactured in a laboratory prototype fourdrinier paper machine with 80% blacked hemp core pulp and 20% market pine pulp as raw materials considering the shorter fibers and enriched parenchyma cells of the hemp core pulp.The physical indexes of the base paper were in the range defined by Class B of the coating base standard（QB/T 1705—1993）.
