压纸辊压力控制原理与控制方案

摘　　要：通过对复卷机压纸辊压力控制原理的分析,提出一种基于PLC的压力控制方案,利用比例减压阀控制液压缸的油压,实现压力随卷径变化的控制,给出了系统的硬件设计及软件设计。实践证明,该控制系统运行稳定,压力控制效果显著,很好地解决了压力对成品纸卷紧度的影响。The paper analyzes the pressure control principles of the rewinder＇s platen,and puts up a pressure-control scheme based on PLC which employs the proportional decompressing valve to control the oil＇s pressure in the hydraulic cylinder so as to control the pressure following the change of the rewinding radius.The hardware and software design of the system are also presented.The practice shows that the control system is stable and can control the pressure well,which well solves the influence of the pressure on the tightness of the paper reel.
