恶性血液病患者生活质量及其与社会支持的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析恶性血液病患者的生活质量及其与社会支持的相关性。方法采用方便抽样法选择91例恶性血液病患者,以简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)及社会支持评定量表进行问卷调查,对相关数据进行统计分析。结果恶性血液病患者生活质量中的生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、健康状况、社会功能、情感职能均低于普通人群(P<0.01),精神健康高于普通人群(P<0.01);社会支持总分为(41.23±8.59)分,高于常模(t=7.408,P=0.000);躯体疼痛、健康状况、精神健康与社会支持总分呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论恶性血液病患者生活质量的多个维度均受到疾病的影响,社会支持尤其是主观支持能有效提高患者的生活质量。Objective To investigate the correlation between the quality of life（QOL）and social supports in the patients with hematological malignancy.Methods Ninety-one patients with hematological malignancy were selected by convenience sampling approach and investigated with the simple health questionnaire（SF-36）and the social support rating scale（SSRS）,the relevant date was statistically analyzed.Results Among 8 scales of SF-36,the scores of the patients in physical functioning,physical role,somatic pain,general health,social function and emotional role were all significantly lower than those of the ordinary people（P0.01）,but the score of mental health was significantly higher than that of ordinary people（P0.01）.The total score of social support was 41.23±8.59,which was significantly higher than that of the national common mode（t=7.408,P=0.000）.The scores of somatic pain,general health and mental health were positively related to that of social support（P0.05）.Conclusion The QOL in patients with hematological malignancy are influenced in multi-dimensions.Social support,particularly subjective support,can effectively improve the patients＇ QOL.
