“系统干预措施”对边海防基层官兵亚健康的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨"系统干预措施"干预前后边海防基层官兵亚健康状况的变化。方法选择某部处于亚健康状态的边海防基层官兵,按单双号分为两个组,单号为对照组,双号为观察组。观察组进行3个月的"系统干预措施"的干预。对照组的人员不进行干预,有症状者只给予适当的休息和一般的劝慰。干预前后采用SCL-90分别对两组的受试人员施测。结果干预后,观察组SCL-90的总分及除敌对、偏执、精神病性和其他因子外的各因子分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组进行干预后其SCL-90总分降低值为(14.84±7.08)分,多于对照组3个月后总分降低值(4.88±2.52)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.81,P<0.01)。结论"系统干预措施"对边海防基层官兵亚健康状况的改善是有效的。Objective To investigate the variation of the sub-health condition of the elementary staff of frontier and coast defense intervened by the system intervention measures.Methods The elementary officers in sub-health condition from the frontier and coast defenses were randomized into the control group with odd numbers and the observational group with even numbers.The observational group received 3-month intervention of the system intervention measures and the control received none intervention but appropriate rest and normal consolation.The participants in the two groups were measured by SCL-90 after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the total score and every factor＇s（except factors of hostility,intolerance,psychosis,etc）of SCL-90 were significantly lower of the observational group than of the control group（P0.01）;The total score of the observational group was decreased by 14.84±7.08,which was significantly higher than the reduction（4.88±2.52）of the total score of the control group after 3 months（t=8.81,P0.01）.Conclusion The system intervention measures can effectively improve the sub-health condition of the elementary staff who works for frontier defenses and coast defenses.
