摘　　要：针对基于两重包络原理非等价加工圆柱凸轮廓面,应用matlab数学工具计算凸轮廓面的法向理论加工误差,并对基于两重包络原理加工的圆柱凸轮廓面法向加工误差进行试验研究.根据三坐标测量的结果,分析研究基于两重包络原理的非等价加工圆柱凸轮廓面的误差及可行性.For unequal diameter machining cylindrical cam profile based on double envelope principle, with matlab, cylindrical cam profile error of normal distance based on double envelope principle was analyzed. Then according to CMM data , error analysis and feasibility of unequal diameter machining cylindrical cam profile based on double envelope principle.
