摘　　要：利用系统的思想,提出低碳建筑的实现是由微观、中观和宏观系统共同控制的。通过对各个系统的深入分析,指出了它们各自在实现低碳建筑过程中的作用以及控制管理办法,并阐述了各系统之间的关系以及它们的相互作用机理。Based on the theory of system,microscopic system,medium system and macroscopic system were proposed,which control jointly the realization of low-carbon buildings.Through deep analysis on each system,role and control measures of each system in the process of realizing low-carbon buildings were pointed out,the relationship between various systems and their interaction mechanism were discussed.
