摘 要:采用自制新型液压脉振式注塑机,在塑化过程引入液压脉动,探讨振动参数对制品力学性能的影响。结果表明:施加振动后,低密度聚乙烯、聚丙烯拉伸强度分别提高6.1%,9.8%;密度分别增大0.33%,0.30%;加工能耗分别降低6.8%,6.3%,且呈现一定的变化规律。The authors manufactured a novel hydraulic dynamic injection molding machine for processing low density polyethylene(LDPE) and polypropylene(PP) resin. Hydraulic impulse was introduced in the plasticizing process and the impact of vibration parameters on the mechanical properties of the resin articles was explored. The results show that after imposing vibration, the tensile strength and density of LDPE increases by 6.1% and 0.33%, respectively, and the tensile strength and density of PP rises by 9.8% and 0.30%, respectively. The energy consumption in the processing of LDPE and PP decreases by 6.8% and 6.3%, respectively. All these mechanical and physical properties of the resin articles vary in a regular way with the vibration amplitude at different frequencies.
