摘 要:采用稀土催化剂,以1,4-丁二醇、己二酸和对苯二甲酸二甲酯为原料制备了聚己二酸丁二酯和对苯二甲酸丁二酯的系列共聚酯,测试了共聚酯的相对分子质量、力学性能、热性能、组成和微观结构。采用堆肥埋片法,考察了共聚酯的生物降解性。随着共聚酯中所含芳香组分的增多,其力学性能增强,热性能提高,熔点先由57℃降到32℃后,再逐渐升至145℃。共聚酯的生物降解性则随芳香组分增多而变差。A series of aliphatic-aromatic copolyesters poly(butylene adipate--co-butylene terephthalate) were synthesized via condensation reaction of 1,4-butanediol, adipic acid and dimethyl terephthalate in the presence of rare earth catalyst. Relative molecular mass, mechanical properties and thermal properties of the copolyesters were measured; the composition and microstructure of the copolyesters were determined by hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(^1H-NMR). Biodegradation experiment was carried out with the compost method in order to study degradation behavior of the copolyesters. With the increase of aromatic component, the copolyesters' mechanical properties improved, thermal properties enhanced and melt point lowed from 57 ℃ to 32 ℃ and then gradually rose to 145 ℃. The biodegradability of the copolyesters was deteriorated as the aromatic component increased.
