摘  要:综述了目前国内外几类Fe(Co)系催化剂(包括吡啶基二亚胺类、吡啶基单亚胺类、1,10-菲咯啉类等)在乙烯齐聚方面的发展概况。后过渡Fe(Co)系催化剂是近年来发现的新型烯烃聚合催化剂,不仅可制备高密度聚乙烯,还可通过改变配体的空间位阻使乙烯齐聚制备α-烯烃,尤其是铁催化剂催化乙烯齐聚具有高活性和对线型α-烯烃的高选择性。尽管如此,该体系铝氧烷的用量大可能成为制约其工业化的瓶颈。寻找价格低廉的助催化剂替代品是加快该技术工业化进程的重要途径之一。This paper reviewed the research progress worldwide in ethylene oligomerization catalyst based on late transition iron(cobalt) complexes, including kindred bis(imino)pyridine, single imino pyridine and 1,10- phenanthroline, etc. Iron(cobah)-based catalysts are new ones for olefin polymerization developed in recent years. The catalysts can be used for not only producing high-density polyethylene(HDPE), but also preparing α-olefins via oligomerization of ethylene by changing the steric effect of the ligand. In particular, iron-based catalyst has high activity to oligomerization of ethylene and high selectivity to linear α-olefins. In spite of that, the large dosage of aluminoxane surely cause an exorbitant production cost that possibly forms a bottleneck in industrialization of the 1,10-phenanthrolinyl iron-based catalysts. Therefore, seeking an inexpensive suhstituent co-catalyst becomes one of the imperative approaches to speed up the process of commercialization of the technology.
