摘 要:将酚氰废水生化处理站出水作为洗煤补水,引入选煤厂洗水闭路循环系统,利用煤粉的吸附性能实现焦化废水零排放新工艺,但利用中水新工艺对环境空气质量影响研究很少开展.报告了历时42 h的全焦化中水洗煤工业性试验中车间环境空气质量检测数据,结果表明:利用煤粉吸附处理和絮凝沉降处理焦化废水中难以生物降解的污染物后,循环水中污染物浓度呈下降趋势;浮选、脱减、皮带输送、质检4个主要车间环境空气中氨浓度日均值0.160~0.616 mg/m3,酚浓度日均值0.012~0.196 mg/m3,均未出现超标现象.为提高水回用率,焦化废水大循环零排放新工艺提供了环境影响评价依据.It is feasible to realize the zero-discharge of coke plant wastewater through the new technique of using the reclaimed water,which is from the biochemical processing station of the phenol-cyanogen wastewater,as the supplementary water in the closed recirculating system of coal washery in coal preparation plants.However,there are few investigations were done on the influence of this new technique on the air quality.The inspection data were reported that of the air quality in workshop of coal washing industry with coke reclaimed water through 42-hour testing.The results show that after the pulverized coal absorption and the flocculating sedimentation of the degradation pollutants in the coke plant wastewater,the pollutants concentration in the recirculating water is on the decline.Through the inspection of the concentration of ammonia and phenol in the air in the four workshops of flotation,dielectric removal,belt transportation and quality control,the daily average concentration of ammonia was 0.160~0.616 mg/m^3 and that of phenol was 0.012~ 0.196 mg/m^3,both of which did not exceed the criteria.In order to increase the reusing rate of water,this new recirculating technique of the zero-discharge of coak plant wastewater has provided newstandards for environment appraisal.
