摘  要:增压中冷柴油机采用EGR技术改善NOX排放具有其特有的难度。为此,在一台涡轮增压中冷式柴油机上采用中冷后进气节流配合EGR阀的方案,根据不同EGR率对该柴油机性能的影响确定最佳EGR率,运用单片机技术进行控制系统设计,采用查表核对最佳EGR率MAP图的方式控制EGR阀的升程和进气节流阀的开度,最后联合试验室的相关设备进行十三工况排放测试。试验结果表明:匹配节流式电控EGR系统后,柴油机NOX排放得到了明显改善。Turbocharged diesel engine with EGR technology to improve the NOX emissions has its peculiar difficulties,this paper adopt a program,which using air inlet backward intercooling throttling with EGR valve at a turbo-charged inter-cooling diesel engine,according to EGR rate influence engine's performance determine the optimum EGR rate,using single-chip microcomputer technology designed control system,in accordance with best EGR rate MAP control the EGR valve lift and intake throttle valve opening by looking-up table.At last,combine with related laboratory equipment to make emissions testing under 13 conditions,test results show:after matched electronically controlled throttle EGR system,the diesel engine NOX emissions improved significantly.
