摘  要:绘制了稻种经过护种机构后在排种管内的排种轨迹,结合排种过程高速摄像分析结果,确定在30°落种处的排种轨迹作为排种管结构形状的优化设计依据。为了降低不同型孔的稻种在排种管相遇的几率,排种管总长度设计为100mm;为了实现穴径小于50mm的目的,排种口尺寸设计为20mm×20mm;按照稻种排种轨迹,设计了"斜边+直边"的排种管形状,减少了稻种在排种管内壁碰撞而造成伤种伤芽现象;排种管采用滑道和单螺丝的安装方式,拆装方便。The seed-falling trace of rice seeds after seed-protecting device was drawn.The seed tube shape and installation method were optimally designed based on the images taken from high-speed photograhy during the seed-feeding process.The total length of seed tube was designed as 100mm in order to reduce the possibility for rice seeds in different cells meeting inside the tube.The outlet dimension of the seed tube was 20mm×20mm to make the diameter of hill less than 50mm.The shape with "sloping side and straight side" was used for seed tube to reduce seeds demage due to the crashes with the tube wall.A sliding track and a single screw were used for the installation of the seed tube,making it easy to disassemble and assemble.
