摘  要:某型号回转分级筛的主轴偶尔出现断轴现象,为了找出原因和结构优化,应用有限元分析软件Ansys对回转分级筛主轴进行了强度分析。通过回转分级筛主轴的载荷分析计算、实体建模和有限元计算,求出主轴上应力分布情况并进行了结构优化。结果表明:主轴最大弯曲应力由383MPa减小到247MPa,原危险部位的弯曲应力由383MPa减小到132MPa,提高了主轴的安全性。The main shaft of a model rotary grading screen broke occasionally,to discover reason and optimize the structure,an intensity analysis was carried out to the main shaft of a model rotary grading screen with Ansys,a finite element analysis software.By load analyzing,solid modeling,finite element solving in the main shaft of rotary grading screen,the stress distribution was got,and the structural optimization design was carried out.The result shows that the maximum stress of main shaft is decreased from 383 MPa to 247 MPa,and the maximum stress of the former dangerous place is decreased from 383 MPa to 132 MPa,and the safety of the main shaft is improved.
