摘 要:为提高液体肥变量施用控制系统的精度和施肥效率,通过单因素试验和二次回归正交旋转组合试验,研究液体肥浓度、设定流量和管道压力等3因素对系统误差的影响;利用单因素和双因素分析法分析各因素与试验指标的关系,确定指标和各因素之间的回归数学模型及各因素在回归模型中的主次顺序。试验结果表明,设定流量对系统误差的影响最大。通过优化计算,得出液体肥变量施用系统的最优工作参数:液体肥浓度为22.8%,设定流量为23.9L/min,管道压力为0.8MPa。此参数下系统误差为0.59%。In order to improve precision and fertilization efficiency of control system,the impact of liquid fertilization concentration,flow rate and pressure on system error for variable rate liquid fertilizer applicator was discussed through single factor experiments and orthogonal rotatory combination experiments.Using single and double factor analysis methods,the relation between experimental criteria and parameters were determined and the influence order of the parameters was arranged through analysis of established mathematic models.Experimental results showed that flow rate had the greatest influence on the system error.Using optimization algorithm,the optimum parameters were as follows:concentration 22.8%,flow rate 23.9 L/min and pressure 0.8 MPa.Under those parameters the system error was 0.59%.
