摘  要:针对液化石油气作为农用汽油机代用燃料,完成了农用LPG发动机部分结构参数、燃料供给系统和气体喷射器流量特性测量装置的开发,对原机的压缩比及点火提前角进行了优化改进。对LPG发动机性能试验证实:优化改造后的LPG发动机的动力性与原机相当,其经济性和排放优于原机。对LPG发动机排放试验证实:LPG发动机HC和CO排放明显优于原机,但由于开发的LPG发动机燃烧温度较高,导致NOx排放较高,可以通过废气再循环和稀薄燃烧技术降低NOx排放。LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) was used as agricultural gasoline engine alternative fuel.Some structure parameters about LPG engine were ascertained,fuel supply system and gas injection flow measurement system were designed,the compressive ratio and ignition advance angle was optimized.Accord to LPG engine performance test,it can be verified that power characteristic of optimized LPG engine is equal to the original,fuel economy characteristic is superior to the original.Accord to LPG engine emission test,it can be verified that CO and HC emission was superior to the original,due to the combustion temperature of LPG engine is higher than the original,NOx emission is higher than the original.NOx emission can be reduced by means of EGR and lean combustion technology.
