农民合作社在农业双层经营体制建设中的效能分析

摘　　要：农业双层经营体制为农村经济社会的发展奠定了良好的基础,但是农业双层经营体制也面临着一些困境。农民合作社能够节约农业生产资料购买成本与费用,增加农产品销售效益,在法人治理的过程中能够提高社员的民主办事能力。由于农民合作社对于农业双层经营体制具有重要功效,所以要从思想观念、内部治理和外部环境营造等方面促进农民合作社发展,从而巩固和发展农业双层经营体制。Agricultural two-tier management system laid the foundation for rural economic and social development.But agricultural two-tier management system also faced with some difficulties.farmer’s cooperatives saves cost and fess in purchase agricultural means of production,increase the effectiveness of marketing of agricultural products.In the course of corporate governance,can improve the capacity of members in the democratic management cooperatives.Because have impotent effect for agricultural two-tier management system,so must enhance ideas,internal governance and external environment for provide farmers cooperatives development,to consolidate and develop the agricultural two-tier management system.
