缬沙坦预防老年糖尿病肾病的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨缬沙坦预防或延缓老年糖尿病肾病的作用。方法老年糖尿病患者109例,随机分为缬沙坦组52例,对照组57例;对照组给予常规饮食、运动、降糖、降压治疗,缬沙坦组在此基础上给予缬沙坦80 mg/d,每隔3个月检测一次指标,并与治疗前、对照组同期进行比较。结果缬沙坦组与对照组比较,主要终点事件减少(P<0.05),次要终点事件中血肌酐水平及血、尿β2微球蛋白(血、尿β2-M)较对照组也有减少(P<0.05)。结论缬沙坦能明显延缓老年糖尿病患者尿蛋白/肌酐的进展,从而防止或延缓糖尿病肾病的发生。Objective To investigate the effect of valsartan to prevent or delay diabetic nephropathy in the elderly.Methods 109 cases of elderly patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups：valsartan group（n= 52） and control group（n=57）.The control group were treated with normal diet,exercise,hypoglycemic,antihypertensive treatment,basing on it,valsartan group were given valsartan 80 mg/d.The index should be checked every three monthes,and then compared with the levels before treatment and the control group in the same period.Results Compared with the control group,the primary endpoint events in the valsartan group decreased（P〈 0.05）,a secondary endpoint events in the serum creatinine level and β2-microglobulin and urineβ2-microglobulin also reduced（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Valsartan can delay the process of urinary albumin/creatinine significantly in the elderly diabetic patients,thereby to prevent or delay the occurrence of diabetic nephropathy.
