摘  要:目的探讨血清中同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,HCY)、超敏C-反应蛋白(high sensitive C-reactive protein,Hs-CRP)的水平与缺血性脑血管病的关系。方法检测45例急性脑梗死患者、28例短暂性脑缺血发作患者血清同型半胱氨酸和超敏C-反应蛋白浓度,并与46例健康体检者(正常对照组)比较。结果短暂性脑缺血发作组和急性脑梗死组血清HCY含量分别为(11.10±1.60)μmol/L、(17.20±2.20)μmol/L均显著高于对照组(6.50±1.10)μmol/L,P<0.01。短暂性脑缺血发作组和急性脑梗死组血清Hs-CRP含量分别为(10.58±3.45)mg/L、(12.36±3.74)mg/L,均显著高于对照组(2.25±2.00)mg/L,P<0.01。结论 HCY是缺血性脑血管病的独立危险因素之一,Hs-CRP可能与脑梗死的大小及预后有关,为缺血性脑血管病的早期干预和防治提供了新的靶点。Objective To explore the relation between levels of plasma homocysteine(HCY) 、high sensitive C-reactive protein(Hs-CRP) and ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods The plasma levels of HCY and Hs-CRP were measured in 45 patients with acute cerebral infarct(ACI),28 patients with transient ischemic attack(TIA),and compared with 46 healthy control.Results The levels of HCY in the TIA and ACI group[(11.10 ± 1.60) μmol/L,(17.20 ± 2.20) μmol/L]were higher than that of(6.50 ±1.10) μmol/L in the control group(P〈 0.01).The levels of Hs-CRP in the TIA and ACI group [(10.58 ±3.45) mg/L,(12.36 ±3.74) mg/L]were significantly higher than that of(2.25 ±2.00) mg/L in the control group(P 〈0.01).Conclusion HCY is a risk factor for ischemic cerebrovascular disease,Hs-CRP may be related with the size and the prognosis of cerebral infarction,provides a new target for the early intervention and treatment on the ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.
