摘 要:目的分析医院内恶性肿瘤患者感染嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌情况及其耐药性,以利于临床合理选用抗生素。方法为患者痰标本进行培养、分离、鉴定,并采用K-B纸片扩散法测量临床分离到的嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对3种常用抗菌药物的耐药性。结果恶性肿瘤患者痰标本共分离得到嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌149例,该菌对大多数抗生素呈现多重耐药,但对米诺环素、左氧氟沙星、复方新诺明耐药率低,分别为9.5%、10.2%和17.9%。结论嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌主要引起呼吸道感染,尤其是医院内的恶性肿瘤患者呼吸道特别易受感染,其多重耐药状况十分严重,应在药敏试验的指导下进行用药。Objective To study on the Stenotrophomonas maltophilia(S.maltophilia) infection and resistance in tumor patients in order to use drugs in experience.Methods The strains were isolated and cultured by routine methods,the susceptibility of S.maltophilia against 17 antibiotics was detected by K-B.Results One hundred and forty-nine isolates of S.maltophilia were low resistant to compound mino-cycline,Levofloxacin and Sulfametho.xazole(the resistance rates were 9.5%,10.2% and 17.9%,respectively) and resistant to other antibiotics and showed multiresistant to these antibiotics.Conclusion S.maltophilia playes a main role in infection in respiratory path,especially in malignant tumor patients.They have severe multiple resistance.It is necessary for clinical laboratory to monitor before using drugs.
