酶法测定血清β-羟丁酸试剂盒评价

摘　　要：用自行研制的酶法测定β羟丁酸试剂盒，对实验标本进行检测，并对试剂盒作出客观评价。结果表明，使用该试剂盒线性达５０ｍｍｏｌ／Ｌ，回收率９６２３％～１０３２８％，批内变异系数３６２％，批间变异系数４３８％，与美国Ｓｉｇｍａ公司同类试剂盒相关系数ｒ＝０．９７６，能够满足临床要求。To test β hydroxybutyric acid from the samples of patients with ketoacidosis, the reagent box was made by authors. The results showed that by using this box, the linearity was 5.0 mmol/L, rate of recovery 96.23%～103.28%, coefficient of variation within one group of samples 3.62%, that between groups of samples 4.38%, correlation coefficient (r)0.976, compared to reagent box from Sigma Company of USA.
