眼针疗法对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型血清中TNF-α含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨眼针疗法对急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型(MACO)血清中TNF-α含量的影响。方法:取成年健康雄性Wistar大鼠90只,并随机分为3组:假手术组(30只)、缺血再灌注模型组(30只)、眼针治疗组(30只)。各组按脑缺血再灌注后3h、24h、72h3个时间点再分为3组,每组10只。采用线栓法制备大鼠脑缺血再灌注(MACO)模型。应用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测各组大鼠血清中肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的含量。结果:眼针治疗组血清中TNF-α含量明显低于脑缺血模型组。结论:眼针治疗可以降低急性局灶性脑缺血再灌注大鼠模型血清中TNF-α浓度,进而减少TNF-α对血管内皮细胞刺激,抑制炎症反应、组织损伤和凝血的发生。Objective： To investigate the eye-acupuncture therapy on acute focal cerebral ischemia model （MACO） serum levels of TNF-α. Methods： Wistar male adult rats 90, and randomly divided into 3 groups： sham operation group （30）, ischemia-reperfusion model （30）, eye acupuncture group （30 rats）. Each group by cerebral ischemia and reperfusion 3 h, 24 h, 72 h 3 time points and then divided into 3 groups of 10 each. By intraluminal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion （MACO） model. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） detected serum tumor necrosis factor （TNF-α） levels. Results： The eye in the acupuncture group, serum TNF-α were significantly lower than the cerebral ischemia group. Conclusion： The eye acupuncture can reduce the acute focal cerebral ischemia model of serum concentrations of TNF-α, thereby reducing TNF-α on vascular endothelial cells stimulate, inhibit inflammation, tissue damage and coagulation occurs .
