摘  要:目的:比较小叶榕水提物、醇提物以及不同极性溶剂萃取部位的镇咳祛痰作用。方法:采用豚鼠枸橼酸引咳法和小鼠酚红祛痰试验法,分别比较小叶榕水提物和醇提物,小叶榕正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、石油醚萃取部位的镇咳和祛痰作用。结果:小叶榕水提物和醇提物均有明显的镇咳祛痰作用,二者之间作用没有明显差异;正丁醇、乙酸乙酯部位均具有镇咳祛痰作用,且极性大的部位作用更强。结论:传统水提工艺适合小叶榕镇咳祛痰作用的有效成分提取,对正丁醇部位还可作进一步的分离和化学成分筛选。Objective: To compare the water extract of Ficus microcarpa, alcohol extract and the polar solvent extraction of different parts of the antitussive expectorant. Methods: citric acid cough in guinea pigs and mice, phenol red test, were small Ficus water extract and ethanol extract of Ficus microcarpa butanol, ethyl acetate, petroleum ether parts of the antitussive and sputum. Results: The extract of Ficus water and ethanol extracts have significant antitussive expectorant, there is no significant difference between the two roles; n-butyl alcohol, ethyl acetate extract all have antitussive expectorant, and the polarity site is better. Conclusion: The traditional water extraction process for small Ficus antitussive expectorant active ingredient extracted parts of the n-butanol can be separated and the chemical composition for further screening.
