摘　　要：目的:对妇科白带膏的质量标准进行研究,提高该品种质量标准控制水平。方法:采用薄层色谱法对白术、党参、陈皮和甘草进行鉴别,用高效液相色谱法测定白芍中芍药苷的含量。结果:白术、党参、陈皮和甘草的薄层色谱斑点清晰,分离度好,专属性强,阴性无干扰。白芍中芍药苷测定方法经方法学验证,结果线性、精密度、重复性、稳定性较好,方法可行。结论:提高后的质量标准方法可行,能够对妇科白带膏的质量进行更好的控制。Objective： carry on research of the gynecological vaginal cream on the quality standards , enhance the quality standards of the species level of control.Methods： Identify Codonopsis, tangerine peel and liquorice by TLC Atractylodes, test the content of paeoniflorin peonyhigh by performance liquid chromatography t.Results： Atractylodes, Codonopsis, tangerine peel and licorice TLC spots were clear, separation is good, specific, and negative non-interference.Determination of paeoniflorin in Radix Paeoniae Alba by methodological validation, linearity, precision, reproducibility, good stability, method is feasible.Conclusion： The higher quality standard is feasible, gynecological vaginal cream can control the quality for better.
