摘　　要：综述了近5年来针灸对中风后痉挛性瘫痪疗效的研究进展,总结了中风后痉挛性瘫痪的针刺取穴规律、针刺手法和除针刺以外的治疗方法,充分显示了针灸治疗该病的特色。reviewed the past 5 years of acupuncture on spastic paralysis after stroke therapeutic research, summed up the spastic paralysis after stroke, acupuncture point selection rules, other than acupuncture techniques and treatment than acupuncture, it shows that acupuncture treatment of the disease characteristics.
