摘　　要：通过确定关键线路、优化设计、充分利用临时系统等方法,顾北煤矿首采工作面从开工到联合试运转,工期仅为35个月,取得了很好的社会和经济效益。此方案的应用与实施,为同类条件下的矿井,特别是矿井首采区首采工作面的施工中,能起到很好的借鉴作用。By identifying the critical path to optimize the design,full use of temporary systems,methods,GUBEI＇s first coal mining face in the north from the start to the joint commissioning,the duration was only 35 months and achieved good social and economicb enefits。T hea pplicationa ndi mplementation of this program for the mine under the same conditions,especially in the mine＇s first coal face play a very good for reference。
