摘　　要：目的:评价SysmexXT-1800i全自动血细胞分析仪的性能。方法:对SysmexXT-1800i的精密度、携带污染率、线性测定、总重复性进行测定,并将其白细胞分类计数(DC)结果与手工分类结果进行比较。结果:Sys-mexXT-1800i的精密度、携带污染率、线性测定及总重复性等指标数值都在允许范围内;与手工法DC结果比较,中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞、嗜酸性粒细胞和嗜碱性粒细胞相关系数(r)分别为0.96、0.954、0.462、0.807和0.618。结论:SysmexXT-1800i全自动血细胞分析仪主要性能指标符合实验要求,是较理想的全自动血细胞分析仪。Objective：To evaluate the function of SysmexXT-1800i automated hematology analyzer. Methods：To examine the precision,carry over rate,linearity and total repeatability of SysmexXT-1800i,then compare its differential counts （DCs） of white blood cells with that obtained manually. Results：The precision,carryover rate,linearity and total repeatability were in the prescriptive range,and the correlation coefficients （r） between DCs of neutrophils,lymphocytes,monocytes,eosinophils,and basophils obtained by handiwork and the machine were 0.96,0.954,0.462,0.807,and 0.618,respectively. Conclusion：The main performance indexes of SysmexXT-1800i accord with the experimental requirements,which shows the machine is an ideal automated hematology analyzer.
