摘 要:通过在D256焊条药皮中加入钛铁、钒铁、石墨、稀土以及中碳锰铁,利用焊接冶金反应在高锰钢堆焊层中自发生成碳化物增强颗粒以提高其耐磨性,优化焊条药皮成分及配比,初步研制出具有优良耐磨性能的高锰钢自生硬质碳化物堆焊材料。研究结果表明:该耐磨堆焊材料的堆焊层组织为奥氏体组织和弥散分布于基体中的硬质碳化物颗粒,堆焊层硬度达到53HRC,耐磨性优于D256焊条,具有较高的耐磨性。Through adding Fe-Ti, Fe-V, C, RE and Mn into D256 welding coating, the welding metallurgical reactions in high-manganese steel surfacing layer can self-generate carbon particles, which can enhance its abrasion resistance, optimize electrode composition and ratio of drug skin. So the high-manganese steel with excellent wear resistance was initially developed. The results show that the microstructure of the wear resistance surfacing material is austenite and hard carbide particles evenly dispersing in the matrix, the hardness of the surfacing layer reaches 53 HRC, and the wear resistance of the surfacing layer is better than D256 electrodes.
