摘 要:通过室内腐蚀挂片和电化学试验,比较了两种相同强度级别、不同合金化体系的低合金钢手工焊接头在海水介质中的腐蚀行为,并结合微观分析,对腐蚀影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明:在同一接头的各区之间,A钢接头母材的耐蚀性较差,B钢接头焊缝的耐蚀性较差,两钢接头均是热影响区的耐蚀性相对较好;比较A、B钢焊接接头,B钢接头的耐蚀性总体上优于A钢,但需要改进其焊缝金属的耐蚀性;接头各区中的夹杂物、化学成分和微观组织的差异,是导致接头耐蚀性差异的主要原因。The corrosion resistance of welded joint of two kinds of low-alloy steels in seawater was studied by indoor exposure tests and electrochemical tests. The results show that in the three zones of welded joint, the corrosion resistance of welded joint of B steel and base metal of A steel joint is worst; and the best corrosion resistance is in their heat-affected zone. The corrosion resistance of B steel joint is better than that of A steel joint, but the corrosion resistance of welded joint of B steel need to be improved. The corrosion resistance of welded joints is dependent on inclusions, chemical compositions and microstructure of the joint.
