摘　　要：通过实例介绍了汽车覆盖件模具电弧喷涂快速制造的工艺过程,阐述了制模过程中的材料和工艺参数的合理选择,并成功地制备出覆盖件凸凹模具,进行了实际应用。结果表明,该制模方法具有工艺简单、制作周期短、模具成本低、精度高等优点,为汽车覆盖件模具的快速制造提供了新的制造方法。The procedures of electric arc spraying rapid making autobody panel die were introduced. The material and selection of process parameters in making the die was illustrated. The punch and female dies of panel with good applying effect was successfully prepared. The results show that the method of making mold has the characteristics of simple process, short cycle, low cost and high precision, which can provide promiseful process for making autobody panel die.
