摘　　要：目的:调查和分析Ⅱ型糖尿病(DM)患者心电图明尼苏达编码分布特点。方法:调查了1 466例Ⅱ型DM患者的性别、年龄、糖尿病病程、血压及心电图明尼苏达编码。结果:DM组患者心电图明尼苏达编码异常率较非DM组显著增加(28.0%vs13.8%,P<0.01),且在多项单项编码异常率中较非DM组显著增加(P<0.05)。对DM患者按年龄分组,年长者编码异常率高于年轻患者(P<0.01)。结论:Ⅱ型DM患者心电图明尼苏达编码异常率显著高于非DM组。且异常率随着年龄增高而增高。AIM： To study the characteristics of abnormal minnesota codes of electrocardiogram in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. METHODS： We investigated the minnesota codes of sex, age, duration, blood pressure, and electrocardiogram in 1466 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes. RESULTS： The abnormal minnesota codes of electrocardiogram in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes were significantly more increased than those in subjects without type Ⅱ diabetes （P〈0.01）, and the abnormal incidence in both groups was 28% and 14.6%, respectively. The abnormal single codes of every item had the similar tendency as above in patients with or without diabetes （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： The abnormality of electrocardiogram minnesota codes in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes is higher than those in subjects without diabetes. The incidence of abnormal minnesota codes becomes higher with increased ages.
