摘  要:目的:研究股骨距的解剖及生物力学特性,为临床应用提供依据。方法:制作股骨距标本,测量股骨距长度、夹角等参数,显微镜下观察股骨距显微结构特点,并进行股骨距力学实验。结果:股骨距平均长度为51.32±0.67mm,股骨距长轴与股骨颈长轴的夹角为36.55±4.50°。去除股骨距的股骨压缩强度明显低于保留股骨距的压缩强度(P<0.05)。结论:股骨距解剖结构复杂,在股骨力学负重中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the anatomy and biomechanics of femoral calcar for clinical application.Methods The length and included angle,and microstructure of femoral calcar were observed.Biomechanic data of femoral calcar were obtained.Results The average length of femoral calcar was 51.32±0.67mm,and the included angle between long axis of femoral calcar and femoral neck is 36.55 ±4.50°.The compressive strength of femoral bone without femoral calcar was decreased obviously as compared with that of femoral bone with femoral calcar(P 0.05).Conclusion The anatomical structure of femoral calcar is complicated and femoral calcar plays an important role in the mechanics of weight bearing.
