腹腔感染时血浆IL—8变化实验与临床研究

摘　　要：观察腹腔感染患者及动物模型的血IL—8变化，结果显示，感染动物组术后3h开始IL—8明显升高，于24h达高峰，同时体温升高，白细胞数及中性粒细胞比例明显上升，感染患者组术前及术后1天IL—8含量增高，术后5天下降，但都明显高于对照组。严重感染时IL—8升高在中性粒细胞的粘附、渗出及游走中起重要作用，对腹腔感染的预后有着一定的意义。The changes of serum IL-8 in patients and animals of intra-abdominal infection had been studied in this paper.The results showed that IL-8 in infected animals increased in 3 hours postoperation, and paked in 24 hours accompanviug the fever, the increasement of leukocytes and neutrophil ratio.The infected paients had increased levels of IL-8 before and the first day postoperation.It decreased in the fifth day postoperation.The levels of IL-8 in three phases of infected patients are higher than those in control.It was concluded that IL-8 increased in severe infection and palyed important roles in the-adhesion, transudation and migration of meutrophils.
