摘　　要：通过与加拿大物流管理软件开发公司Pronto Info System公司合作,并结合中国目前国际电子商务物流的管理现状和系统需求,提出并设计实现了一个基于医药产品的国际电子商务的物流管理信息系统(该系统现已在加拿大医药产品物流服务公司MTSLogistics成功应用),主要对本系统所涉及的部分研究成果进行了介绍,并探讨了国际电子商务下物流管理在设计中的原则和考虑因素,同时,对系统实现中的部分关键技术做了介绍说明。The paper presents the concept of international logistics management,the requirement and current situation of this area in China.Some development results,including some techniques of international logistics management system,are also given in this paper.The authors,cooperated with a Canadian logistics business company—Pronto InfoSystem,and in combination of management situation and demand of China international e-business logistics,proposes and realize an international e-business logistic management information system,which is now successfully applied in Canada MTSLogistics.Some key techniques in system implementation are also described briefly.
