摘　　要：紧密连接是细胞与细胞之间的非常复杂的连接结构，存在于多种细胞和组织中。近年来，紧密连接蛋白质在哺乳动物表皮中的表达受到越来越多的关注。紧密连接蛋白包括多个蛋白家族，不同的紧密连接蛋白在表皮中的表达量及表达部位不尽相同。在生理状态下，紧密连接蛋白具有紧密连接、屏障功能和分离作用等多种生理学功能。此外，紧密连接蛋白的异常表达也参与许多皮肤疾病的发病过程，如银屑病、鱼鳞病、扁平苔藓、皮肤鳞状细胞癌等。Tight junctions （TJs）, a very complex structure forming cell-cell junctions, exist in various types of ceils and tissues. In recent years, more and more close attentions have been paid to the expression of TJ proteins in mammalian epidermis. TJ proteins consist of a great number of protein families that exhibit different expression and localization patterns in epidermis. Under physiological conditions, TJ proteins possess many functions such as tight connection, barrier function and separating function. In addition, abnormal localization and expression of TJ proteins are also involved in the pathogenesis of several skin disorders such as psoriasis, ichthyosis, lichen planus and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
