山东莎草属植物苞片表皮微形态研究

摘　　要：利用扫描电镜对15种山东产莎草属植物的苞片表皮微形态进行了观察研究.结果表明:脉间区长细胞多为矩形、长矩形,稀短矩形;垂周壁波浪状或颗粒状;短细胞缺如;副卫细胞为圆屋顶型、高屋顶型、尖屋顶型和矮屋顶型;一些种类脉间区长细胞具硅酸体颗粒;无表皮毛.莎草属植物苞片表皮微形态特征在种间存在差异,可作为种间划分的依据.The bract epidermal micro-morphology of 15 species of the genus Cyperus in Shandong were observed and studied under the scanning electron microscope（SEM）.The results show that the long cells are mostly rectangular or long-rectangular,rarely short-rectangular;the anticlinal walls are sinuous or granulate;Short cells are Absent.Stomatal subsidiary cells are dome-shaped,tall dome-shaped,top dome-shaped and low dome-shaped.The long cells among the veins have phytolith in some species.The prickle hair are Absent.The different bract epidermal micro-morphological characters can be used to taxonomy of the tribe at species level.
